Our services may include, but are not limited to:Amazon PPC campaign setup, management, and optimizationListing optimization, keyword and SEO improvementsA+ Content, product images, video, and storefront creative designInventory and pricing strategiesAccount health monitoring and case supportCompetitor, keyword, and market researchLaunch and scaling strategy for new or existing productsOur objective is to assist sellers and brands in maximizing their Amazon potential using proven systems, analytics, and best practices.
2. Performance Disclaimer
While we apply data-driven strategies and proven industry methods, AAS and SKDigital Inc. cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:Sales volume, profit, or revenue growthProduct rankings or Buy Box placementAdvertising performance metrics (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, etc.)Reviews, leads, or conversion ratesAmazon performance depends on multiple external factors outside our control, such as:Amazon platform algorithm and policy changesCompetitor actions, pricing, and advertising behaviorProduct availability and inventory levelsConsumer demand, seasonality, and market trendsBy using our services, you acknowledge that selling and advertising on Amazon carry inherent risks, and no particular results can be guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are fully responsible for their Amazon accounts, listings, product compliance, and brand ownership.Any assets created by AAS — such as listings, images, videos, or A+ Content — become the client’s property only after full payment is received.Clients must ensure their products comply with Amazon’s rules, intellectual property laws, and relevant regulations.Upon termination of services, all responsibility for account management (campaigns, listings, budgets, etc.) immediately transfers back to the client.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Content, designs, or creative materials developed by AAS on your behalf are transferred to you only after full payment.SKDigital Inc. retains the right to use non-identifiable project data or anonymized creative examples for marketing and portfolio purposes.We provide general brand and compliance guidance but do not offer legal advice. Clients should consult an attorney for trademark, copyright, or compliance matters.
5. Limitation of Liability
SKDigital Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:Performance fluctuations, lost sales, or reduced visibilityAmazon account suspensions, policy enforcement, or listing removalErrors or delays in campaign setup, reporting, or recommendationsWhile we make every effort to ensure accuracy and performance, human or technical errors may occur. In such cases, we will act promptly to resolve issues, but financial compensation will not be provided.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments for services rendered are final and non-refundable, except in cases of billing error or mutual written agreement.Delayed or incomplete payments may result in the pause or termination of services until the balance is cleared.Subscription or ongoing service clients are responsible for canceling renewals in writing before the next billing cycle.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice.
Upon termination:All campaign management, ad spend, and account access will revert to the client.AAS will not be liable for any results, losses, or account issues arising after the end of the service period.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, marketing, or financial information shared during the course of collaboration.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in New York County, NY.
10. Agreement
By engaging with AAS (Amazon Account Specialists) or SKDigital Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms represent the entire agreement between both parties and supersede any prior discussions or proposals.
